在体操的教学和训练中一般的教学法如:讲解示范法、纠正错误法与帮助法、教师指导法、练习法、运动游戏和竞赛法等对于激发学生的学习积极性没有明显帮助,有的甚至挫伤了学生学习的积极性和学生的正常的水平的发挥,对于一些对体操恐惧的学生来说帮助不明显,他们在尝试失败之后就再没有学习的兴趣和积极性了,所以其中存在着一些不足。随着社会时代的进步和迅猛发展,现阶段的学生对新生事物的敏感度特别高,九零后的孩子明显有着独特的特征,因此,在现阶段的教学活动中,要充分考虑学生个性的发展,将激励教学方法恰当的运用到体操教学之中,从而更好的促进学生以及广大体操球爱好者更好的去学习、去参与这项体育运动,从而取得更加优异的成绩和更好的达到锻炼身体、娱乐身心的作用。教师应该在其教学活动中对学生进行有效的激励,通过激励把外部刺激转化为学生学习的内部动机,从而最大限度的发挥其潜能,更好的投入学习活动,保证学生在教学活动中处于最佳状态,使教学充满生机与活力。激励教学方法有许多种,不同的激励方法会对学生的学习效果产生不同的作用和影响,在实际的教学活动中,作为体育教师首先要了解学生的兴趣和性格,从而因材施教,因势利导,让学生在其独有优势的基础上把优势最大化发挥,将获得较好的教学效果。特别是在当今时代,一个知识经济突飞猛进的时代,也是一个个性独立张扬的时代,运用激励教学法充分调动和发挥学生的主动性和积极参与教学活动,使其成为学习的主人,才是决定教学效果的根本因素。
