SV_1对抗敌百虫家蝇有明显的增效作用,并可延缓家蝇对敌百虫抗性的发展。测定了SV_1对正常、抗敌百虫和抗增效敌百虫家蝇品系离体和活体乙酰胆碱酯酶、α-NA酯酶活性和电泳酶谱的抑制作用,指出SV_1对抗敌百虫品系酯酶的抑制作用高于正常品系,这是SV_1对抗敌百虫家蝇的一个增效机理。
SV_1 has obvious synergistic effect against Trichlorfon housefly and can delay the development of housefly resistance to Trichlorfon. The inhibitory effect of SV_1 on in vitro and in vivo acetylcholinesterase and α-NA esterase activities and electrophoresis zymogram of antagonistic trichlorfon and anticonvulsant trichlorfon housefly strains were determined. The inhibitory effect of the enzyme is higher than that of the normal strain, which is a synergistic mechanism of SV_1 against trichlorfon housefly.
