一九八四年八月六日至十日在牡丹江市召开了卫生部《公共卫生与疾病控制杂志》第一届编委会暨第二次联络员会议。会议的主要目的是组成第一届编委会,研究增办《基层版》和《内部版》,进一步加强与改革编辑部工作。出席这次会议的有来自各省、自治区、直辖市及有关部的五十名编委和/或联络员同志。因事因病请假的编委十二人,联络员十人。会上,张咸智同志宣布了卫生部批准、以(84)卫防综字第166号文下达的编委会名单。主编。王健,副主编:李九如、李仁、徐义容、张咸智、张羽翔,责任编辑:张声閎。
The first editorial board and the second liaison officer meeting of the “Journal of Public Health and Disease Control” of the Ministry of Health was held in Mudanjiang City from August 6th to 1984. The main purpose of the meeting was to form the first editorial board to study the addition of the “Basic Edition” and “Internal Edition” to further strengthen and reform the work of the Editorial Department. Fifty editorial staff and/or liaison comrades from various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and relevant departments attended the meeting. Twelve members of the editorial board were asked to take leave because of illness, and there were ten liaison officers. At the meeting, Comrade Zhang Xianzhi announced the list of editorial boards approved by the Ministry of Health and issued under the (84) Guardian Antiquities Article 166. Chief editor.
