我矿预选车间750×2300 4~#三层自定中心振动筛,担负着-150~+100、-100~+75、-75~+50三种级别矿石的分级工作。由于三层振动筛结构本身的“先天不足”,4~#筛长期处于较低的筛分效率下工作,造成较大的经济损失。针对4~#筛筛分效率低的问题,在不更换新设备的情况下,我们于83年10月对4~#筛旋转方向和进料方式作了工业性的试验,取得较明显的效果。
