1982年为一例马凡氏综合征患者作白内障摘除联合小梁切除术。术中突然发生脉络膜暴发性出血。报告如下: 患者,男,21岁,住院号82653,双眼视力逐渐减退8年,于1982年3月18日入院。无高血压及出血病史,无手术及外伤史。父母为五代近亲结婚。体格检查:血压120/80mmHg,瘦长身材,皮下脂肪稀薄,心肺及腹部无异常,上下肢细长,手指足趾如蜘蛛指,脊柱轻度后凸。视力右两米光感,光定位正常,左0.05,红绿色盲。双角膜下缘少许斑翳,双侧无虹膜,能见全部晶体并向上脱位,后皮质及后囊呈菊花形白色混浊。双眼底看
