本文报道6例应用本疗法治疗视网膜母细胞瘤的情况,将治疗效果报告如下: 6例中双眼发病5例,单眼1例,均为散发病例。双眼病例肿瘤进行眼均做眼球摘除,经病理证实为视网膜母细胞瘤。 5例双眼者用血卟啉2.5mg/kg,单眼用5.0mg/kg,静脉注射,3日后用氩激光照射肿瘤,持续10分钟,使用480和514.5nm,波长光,光束直径2000μm,强度40～300mW。4例肿瘤明显缩小,保存了有用视力,效果良好。1例单眼者因肿瘤过大应用一次本疗法,肿瘤未见明显缩小,而行眼球摘除,经病理检查从肿瘤表面深
