Recently, the Budget Office of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance and the Beijing Institute of Budget Accounting held a new interpretation training course of the “Budget Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “the new budget law”). Mr. Ma Xiangwei, the Budget Office of the Municipal Finance Bureau, presided over the meeting and invited Vice-Director Cai Qiang of the Ministry of Finance to make an explanation on the relevant contents of the new budget law.
