今年6月以来,首钢在全公司范围内开展了“转、抓、练、增”达标升级活动,我公司根据首钢的生产经营建设方针和自身特点,制订了本单位的达标升级标准。这个标准覆盖了我公司全部专业管理工作的11项要求及33项具体内容。为了早日进入一级达标单位的行列,我们对照检查达标升级要点,按双周分别制定了各科室、各工程队达标验收卡,并进行模拟验收,按期实现了我公司达标升级的总体目标。我们体会,一个企业要想在发展上上台阶上
