检查钩虫过去皆以显微镜找到虫卵为依据。但目前在全国各地大规模的开展钩虫的防治工作,要求大量的显微镜还有困难。而利用抗原作皮内试验其结果往往不甚可靠。因之目前寻找一种更为简便的检查钩虫方法实为迫不及待的。目前在国内推行的利用试管培养钩蚴法,据各地施用结果,一致认为其阳性率往往较镜检为高,此种方法大有推广及进一步改进的必要。我们此次在普洱防治钩虫病的工作中,试用玻璃漏斗法培养钩蚴获得成功。钩蚴
