目的:研究数据采集条件对SPECT断层分辨率的影响因素。方法:将10个不同大小阴模放入自制模型的不同位置,采用不同的探测距离从0°至360°依次采集,重建建处采集到的20组原始数据,对重建后的模型影像进行比较和分析。结果:采用不同的矩阵所得到的影像分辨率差异并不明显,但在分辨率不变的前提下,采用128×128矩阵得到的影像清晰度明显高于64×64矩阵。结论:SPECT断层分辨率的高低与采集条件有着密切关系,高的断层分辨率可有效提高临床诊断对病变判断的准确率。在SPECT的临床应用过程中,严格控制质量的同时还应选择合理的数据采集条件,只有这样才能为临床诊断提供更为实用、准确的影像依据。
Objective: To study the factors affecting the resolution of SPECT tomographic data acquisition conditions. Methods: Ten different size negative molds were placed in different positions of homemade model. The detection range was acquired from 0 ° to 360 ° sequentially, and the original data of 20 groups collected were reconstructed. The reconstructed model images were compared And analysis. Results: The difference of image resolution obtained by using different matrix is not obvious. However, with the same resolution, the resolution of 128 × 128 matrix is obviously higher than that of 64 × 64 matrix. Conclusion: The resolution of SPECT is closely related to the collection conditions. The high resolution of SPECT can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of lesions. In the clinical application of SPECT, strict quality control should also choose a reasonable data collection conditions, the only way to provide a more practical and accurate imaging basis for clinical diagnosis.
