自古以来,高等学校就是传授知识,传播学术思想的圣地。但是,随着科学技术的高速发展,高等学校的发展模式也随之而改变,政府和社会对其的要求和期待也在改变。不同的主体对于大学生受教育权的理解和看法也是发生了变化,随着出现了很多侵害大学生受教育权的事情,因此,对于大学生受教育权的分析明确很重要,同时,还应当采取一定的措施保护大学生受教育权充分实现。
Since ancient times, colleges and universities have been the holy sites that impart knowledge and disseminate academic ideas. However, with the rapid development of science and technology, the development model of colleges and universities has also changed. The requirements and expectations of the government and society have also changed. Different subjects understand and view the right to education of college students also changed. With the emergence of a lot of violations of the right to education of college students, therefore, the analysis of the right to education of college students is clearly very important, but also should take a Measures to protect college students the full realization of the right to education.
