加强金融与文化的互通互联,构建长效机制解决文化企业融资难。文化部联合各大银行推出的部行合作机制,通过有效快速地评审和放贷流程,积极为优秀文化产业项目“输血”。第六届北京国际文化创意产业博览会期间,有关金融与文化产业对接机制的探讨备受关注。部行合作机制打通了金融与文化有效对接的渠道,但仍需加强金融机构与文化企业之间的互联互通,构建长效机制从根本上解决文化企业融资难的处境。
Strengthen the interconnection of finance and culture, build a long-term mechanism to solve the financing difficulties of cultural enterprises. The Ministry of Culture, in conjunction with the cooperation mechanism of the ministries and agencies launched by the major banks, has been actively promoting “excellent projects in the cultural industry” through an effective and rapid review and lending process. During the Sixth Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industries Expo, the discussion on the docking mechanism of financial and cultural industries has drawn much attention. The cooperation mechanism between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry has opened up a channel for effective connection between finance and culture. However, it still needs to strengthen the interconnection and interworking between financial institutions and cultural enterprises and establish a long-term mechanism to fundamentally solve the difficult situation of financing for cultural enterprises.
