采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO_2粉体,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试手段对其进行表征分析,以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,测定了纳米TiO_2的光催化效率。结果表明,制得的纳米TiO_2为单一锐钛矿结构,晶粒尺寸达到纳米级别,颗粒大致呈类球形,超声分散后纳米TiO_2团聚现象明显减轻。光催化实验结果表明,纳米TiO_2在光照条件下对亚甲基蓝有明显的降解作用,2h后降解率达到86.5%。
Nanometer TiO_2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) Characterization analysis, with methylene blue as the target pollutants, the photocatalytic efficiency of nano-TiO 2 was measured. The results show that the prepared nano-TiO 2 has a single anatase structure, the size of the nano-TiO 2 is about nanometer, and the shape of the particles is roughly spherical. The nano-TiO 2 agglomeration after the ultrasonic dispersion is obviously reduced. The results of photocatalytic experiments showed that nano-TiO 2 could obviously degrade methylene blue under light irradiation, and the degradation rate reached 86.5% after 2 hours.
