用碱溶液和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷先后处理红麻纤维,以红麻纤维作增强材料,PX-220为阻燃剂,聚乳酸为基体,通过转矩流变仪混合制备聚乳酸复合材料。通过FT-IR和SEM实验研究了红麻纤维的改性效果;又通过拉伸强度、LOI、UL 94、TG和拉曼表征了聚乳酸复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能、燃烧性能、燃烧产物。结果表明:红麻的加入能提高复合材料的拉伸强度,PX-220能显著提高复合材料的耐热性能和阻燃性能。添加10%(wt,质量分数,下同)红麻、20%PX-220时,聚乳酸复合材料的性能达到最优,拉伸强度为48.9MPa;LOI为33.5%,UL 94达到V0级。
The kenaf fiber was treated with alkali solution and vinyltrimethoxysilane, kenaf fiber was used as reinforcing material, PX-220 was used as flame retardant and polylactic acid was used as matrix. The polylactic acid composite was prepared through torque rheometer. The modification effect of kenaf fiber was studied by FT-IR and SEM. The mechanical properties, heat resistance, combustion performance, combustion of the polylactic acid composite were characterized by tensile strength, LOI, UL 94, TG and Raman. product. The results show that the addition of kenaf can increase the tensile strength of the composites. PX-220 can significantly improve the heat resistance and flame retardancy of the composites. When 10% (wt, mass fraction) of kenaf and 20% PX-220 were added, the properties of polylactic acid composite reached the best, the tensile strength was 48.9MPa, LOI was 33.5% and UL 94 reached V0 level.
