采用微型注塑加工新技术制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己内酯(PCL)微型制品,研究了微注塑加工过程中注射速度和模具温度对PLA/PCL微型样品的相态、取向及结晶行为的影响。结果表明,适当增加注射速度和模具温度有利于PCL分散相相畴尺寸的减小,过多增加注射速度反而会导致分散相相畴尺寸增大。适当增加注射速度和模具温度也有利于PCL分散相的取向,而过多增加模具温度会使PCL分散相的取向程度降低。此外,注射速度对PLA和PCL结晶度的影响比模具温度大。
Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) / polycaprolactone (PCL) micro - products were prepared by micro - injection molding technology. The effects of injection speed and die temperature on the phase, orientation and crystallization behavior of PLA / PCL micro - Impact. The results show that proper injection speed and mold temperature are conducive to the reduction of the phase domain size of dispersed phase in PCL. Too much injection speed increases the size of dispersed phase domain. Properly increasing the injection speed and mold temperature is also conducive to the orientation of the PCL disperse phase, whereas increasing the mold temperature excessively decreases the orientation of the PCL disperse phase. In addition, the injection speed has a greater effect on the crystallinity of PLA and PCL than the mold temperature.
