目的:研究经穴阻断后针刺关元穴的大鼠的功能磁共振成像。方法:40只大鼠随机分为羧甲基壳聚糖组和羧甲基壳聚糖对照组,对于羧甲基壳聚糖组大鼠关元穴注射羧甲基壳聚糖溶液20μL;羧甲基壳聚糖对照组大鼠穴旁3 mm处注射羧甲基壳聚糖溶液20μL,2次/d,连续注射14 d,并进行功能磁共振成像检测。结果:CMC组大鼠磁共振成像信号增加的脑区与羧甲基壳聚糖对照组相比,有显著性差异。结论:钙离子与经脉活动有密切关系。
OBJECTIVE: To study the functional magnetic resonance imaging of rats after acupuncture at Guanyuan acupoints after the acupuncture points are blocked. Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into carboxymethyl chitosan group and carboxymethyl chitosan control group. For carboxymethyl chitosan group, 20μL of carboxymethyl chitosan solution was injected into Guanyuan acupoint. Methyl chitosan control group, rats were injected with carboxymethyl chitosan solution 3μL 20μL, 2 times / d, continuous injection 14 d, and functional magnetic resonance imaging detection. Results: Compared with carboxymethyl chitosan control group, there was a significant difference in the brain area increased by magnetic resonance imaging of rats in CMC group. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between calcium and meridian activity.
