1984年我们检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌23株,常用抗菌药物除多粘菌素外11种药物抑菌都不理想。临床治疗中多种抗菌药物疗效也均差(多粘菌素未用于临床)。具体是多粘菌素87.0%抑菌,呋喃(口旦)啶4.3%,痢特灵4.3%。鉴于此我们选中草药作抑菌试验。试验材料与方法 1、实验材料:本室培养出的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌13株;中草药32种(生大蒜为市售,生马齿苋为自采,其它均取自本院中药房);塑料泡沫柱(直径8 mm、高10mm)自制;培养基为普通琼脂,按常法制备培养皿直径90mm。2、药液制备:①生大蒜捣烂成泥状,
