新合成的32个1,2,4-三氮唑类似物在小麦叶锈病上活体生物活性研究表明,该类化合物对小麦叶锈菌有不同程度的生物活性。其中有10个化合物的生物活性较为明显。这些化合物的化学结构和生物活性均未见报道。本文以2,2-二甲基-6-对溴苯氧基-4(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)己酮-3为例,在浓度10μg/ml以上时对小麦叶锈菌活性达100%。施药方法以叶面喷雾效果较好。高于标药剂三唑酮,但比烯唑醇差。残效期与三唑酮相似,内吸传导低于三唑酮。
