1 工程概况小浪底水利枢纽南岸引水口工程是黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程的组成部分,也是小浪底南岸灌区和城市供水的一期工程。引水隧洞自进水塔经寺院坡至西河清张胡沟,全长3148.2m。工程为二等引水工程,设计Ⅶ度地震设防,自小浪底水库自流取水,最低设计引水位243m,设计流量28.6m~3/s,加大流量35.0m~3/s,年总引水量4.23亿~3,其中灌溉供水1.39亿m~3,城市供水2.84亿m~3。引水隧洞为圆形有压洞,设计最大水头40m,钢筋混凝土衬砌后成洞洞径3.6m,隧洞开挖采用光面爆破技术,喷锚支护。
1 Project Overview The Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project is a part of the Xiaolangdi Multi-purpose Dam Project and the first phase of Xiaolangdi irrigation area and urban water supply. Water diversion tunnel from the water tower through the temple slope to the West River Zhang Qing ditch, a total length of 3148.2m. The project is a second-level diversion project designed for Ⅶ degree seismic fortification. Since Xiaolangdi Reservoir sucks water from its own, the minimum designed diversion water level is 243m, designed flow rate is 28.6m 3 / s, increased flow rate is 35.0m 3 / s and annual total water diversion volume is 423 million ~ 3, of which 139 million m ~ 3 for irrigation and water supply and 284 million m ~ 3 for urban water supply. The diversion tunnel is a circular pressure hole with a maximum design head of 40m and a tunnel diameter of 3.6m after the lining of the reinforced concrete. Smooth blasting technology is used for tunnel excavation and shotcrete and anchor support is adopted.
