北京市住建委日前发布《进一步加强住房保障廉政风险防控工作的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》要求为配售型保障房封闭运行管理搭建雏形,尽快明确试点、出台指导意见,实现保障房内循环,消除购房家庭牟利空间,促进社会公平。《意见》提出,将在公开发布住房保障覆盖范围、准入条件、优先条件的同时,结合北京实际,适时研究并调整相关标准,形成住房保障准入资格
