目前联合国所属各机构的年采购金额在30亿美元以上,其中从发展中国家的采购占总额的45％,然而在中国采购的还占不到总采购额的1％。目前在联台国备案的有来自近百个国家的3708个供应商,中国作为联合国常任理事国和世界上最大的发展中国家,竟没有一家企业跻身其中。由于联合国的援助主要针对发展中国家,而中国的产品又质优价廉,很容易满足要求,因此联台国机构十分关注中国的产品。实际上大量的中国产品是通过第三方转口到联合国的。
At present, the agencies procured by the United Nations have annual purchases of more than 3 billion U.S. dollars, of which 45% of the total purchases are made by developing countries. However, they still make up less than 1% of the total purchases in China. At present, there are 3,708 suppliers from nearly 100 countries that are registered with Taiwan. As a permanent member of the United Nations and the largest developing country in the world, China does not have any one company among them. As the United Nations assistance is mainly aimed at developing countries, and China’s products are cheap and can easily meet the requirements, the United Nations agencies are very concerned about China’s products. In fact, a large number of Chinese products are re-exported to the United Nations through third parties.
