目的了解天津市红桥区60岁以上社区居民血糖、血脂异常情况和不同年龄段的变化特点。方法对4 745例60岁以上不同年龄段社区居民的空腹血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的检测结果进行报告和比较分析。结果 GLU异常检出率32.1%,TC异常检出率28.0%,TG异常检出率36.6%。结论 GLU异常检出率在不同年龄和不同性别间差异无统计学意义;TG和TC女性异常检出率和水平明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义;TG和TC异常检出率和水平随着年龄的增长有逐渐下降趋势。
Objective To understand the changes of blood glucose, dyslipidemia and different age groups in community residents over the age of 60 in Hongqiao District of Tianjin. Methods The levels of fasting blood glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in 4 745 community residents of different ages over 60 years old were reported and compared. Results The detection rate of GLU anomaly was 32.1%, TC anomaly was 28.0%, and abnormality of TG was 36.6%. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the detection rate of GLU abnormalities among different ages and genders. The detection rate and level of abnormalities in TG and TC women are significantly higher than those in men, the difference is statistically significant The growth of the age is gradually declining.
