河南省科学院化学研究所与河南省卫生防疫站,经过一年的努力共同完成了“抗凝血杀鼠剂—杀鼠灵”的研制和药效试验工作。最近,这一成果在郑州通过技术鉴定。“杀鼠灵”是一种高效、安全的杀鼠剂,它是国际上应用最早、使用最广、产量最高的杀鼠剂之一。该产品以阿斯匹林、苯甲酸为主要原料,经七步反应,合成4-羟基香豆素和苄叉丙酮。在有机碱的催化下,4-羟基香豆素与苄叉丙酮进行加成反应,即可获得“杀鼠灵”原药。
The Institute of Chemistry of the Henan Academy of Sciences and the Henan Provincial Epidemic Prevention Station jointly completed the development and efficacy testing of “anticoagulant rodenticides and warfarin” after one year’s efforts. Recently, this achievement has passed technical appraisal in Zhengzhou. “Warfarin” is an efficient and safe rodenticide. It is one of the earliest, most widely used and highest yield rodenticides in the world. The product uses aspirin and benzoic acid as the main raw materials. After a seven-step reaction, 4-hydroxycoumarin and benzylideneacetone are synthesized. Under the catalysis of organic bases, the addition of 4-hydroxycoumarin and benzylideneacetone can give an original “warfarin” drug.
