The Editorial Board of Industrial Technology Economics held a seminar on deepening economic restructuring in Changchun from September 12 to September 13, 1989. The conference was presided over by Comrade Qufu Fu, editor-in-chief of Industrial Technology Economics, and Comrade Wang Deqi, deputy director of the editorial board, attended the meeting and made a speech.
