致心律失常性右室心肌病(ARVC)是一种进行性右室心肌被纤维或脂肪组织替代的一种遗传性疾病。近时,Rodriguez在心律失常杂志发表“致心律失常性右室心肌病心电图诊断新标准”一文并提出,对高度怀疑ARVC但不符合1994年诊断标准者,可应用新的心电图诊断标准而能提高ARVC的诊断率。适应证:诊断或怀疑ARVC的患者。方法:在V1~V3导联,测量QRS波的S波最低点到QRS波结束点之间的间期(图1)。
