高等院校开设“哲学理论公共课”,是对大学生素质教育的一种强化,其目的是通过对大学生进行辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的教育,提升大学生的科学精神,使大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。然而这门课的实际效果并不理想。如何提高“哲学理论公共课”的教学效果,是人们普遍关注的问题。河北大学《非哲学专业大学生哲学素质培养研究》课题组对河北大学、河北农业大学、华北电力大学的文、理、农、工800名大学生进行了问卷调查,发现了一些共性的问题,提出了些解决问题的具体做法。现发表他们的一些看法,供大家参考。
