《语文课程标准(2011)》中提出:“应重视语文课程对学生思想情感所起的熏陶感染作用,注意课程内容的价值取向,要继承和发扬中华优秀文化传统和革命传统,体现社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用,突出中国特色社会主义共同理想,弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神,树立社会主义荣辱观,培养良好的思想道德风尚,同时也要尊重学生在语文学习过程中的独特体验。”
