几年来,我们厂在企业管理方面不断攀登新的台阶,取得了一定的成绩。1988年,我们厂被国务院企业管理指导委员会正式命名为全国首批二级企业;1989年,又被命名为全国首批一级企业。我们的做法主要有3条: 高标准夯实基础我们提出要以一级企业对基础工作要求为准绳,从满足生产经营活动的需要出发,推动基础工作现代化。在计量工作方面,我们逐步把关键工序、关键岗位上使用的陈旧落后的计量仪表
Over the past few years, our factory has continuously climbed new heights in corporate management and achieved certain results. In 1988, our factory was formally named as the first batch of second-tier enterprises in China by the State Council Steering Committee for Enterprise Management. In 1989, it was named the first batch of first-class enterprises in the country. There are three main methods for our practice: High standard and solid foundation We propose to take the first-class enterprise’s requirements for basic work as the yardstick and proceed from the need to satisfy production and business activities to promote the modernization of basic work. In terms of measurement work, we gradually use obsolete metering instruments used in key processes and key positions.
