In the past more than a century, the rapid development of the stock companies in capitalist countries has promoted the improvement of productivity and brought about economic prosperity. The share-based company’s stock economy has gradually become a typical form of the capitalist economy. Now we will explore the main features and functions of the stock company, the concept of forming a stock company and the nature of the stock company.
