目的了解医用诊断X射线机的运行状况,推进影像质量保证工作。方法使用质控检测仪器,按国家标准推荐的方法,对本辖区内的医用诊断X射线机的主要参数进行检测。结果共检测58台医用诊断X射线机,合格率为43.1%,不合格参数主要为:管电流、光野与射野一致性、曝光时间和高对比度分辨力等。结论蚌埠市医用X射线诊断设备存在一定问题,易造成临床上的漏诊、误诊,通过加强质控检测可促进医用诊断X射线机影像质量显著提高。
Objective To understand the medical diagnosis of X-ray machine operating conditions, promote image quality assurance. Methods Using quality control testing instruments, the main parameters of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in their respective jurisdictions were tested according to the methods recommended by the national standards. Results A total of 58 sets of medical diagnostic X-ray machines were detected with a pass rate of 43.1%. The main unqualified parameters were tube current, light field and field consistency, exposure time and high contrast resolution. Conclusion There are some problems in medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Bengbu City, which may lead to misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinical practice. The quality of medical diagnostic X-ray images can be significantly improved by enhancing quality control tests.
