在《情报科学》复刊之际,作为它原忠实的读者,特别是由于兼有情报学研究工作者和今天的主编的双重身份,我真切地感到对于它的复刊所具有的超出其本来意义的责任和使命。 18年前,当情报学的帷幕在中国大地上再度拉开的时候,《情报科学》顺应时代要求,肩负读者重托,率先登上了情报理论的舞台,自觉而主动地实践着繁荣学术、指导行业、培养造就人才、发展情报事业的追求。在学科建设的广袤的田野上撒下了希望的种子。
At the time of its reinstatement of “Information Science,” as its original faithful reader, and especially as a dualist of both informatics researchers and today’s editor-in-chief, I truly felt that with regard to its resurgence beyond its original meaning Responsibility and mission. Eighteen years ago, when the curtain of intelligence was reopened on the vast land of China, “information science” took the lead of readers and took the lead on the stage of intelligence theory in response to the requirements of the times. It consciously and voluntarily practiced to prosper the academic guidance Industry, training and personnel, the pursuit of the development of intelligence. Seeding the seeds of hope in the vast fields of discipline construction.
