忝列《情报杂志》编委,按期收到朋友们给我寄的新刊,11月末从该刊第6期得知:《情报科学》将于1998年1月正式复刊,由吉林工业大学情报科学研究所与黑龙江省情报科学研究所共同主办。未几,毕强同志向我约稿,并嘱托我作为《情报科学》的新、老编委,为复刊写点纪念性文字。 提笔为文,如烟往事历历在目:《情报科学》的前身是《黑龙江科技情报工作》,1980年
The editorial board of “Information Magazine” regularly received friends’ new papers sent to me by the end of November and learned from the 6th issue of the journal in late November: “Information Science” will be officially re-published in January 1998 and will be given a copy by Jilin University of Technology Information Science Institute and the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Information Science co-sponsored. Coming soon, Comrade Bi Qiang briefed me and entrusted me as a new and old editorial board member of the “Information Science,” writing memorials for the second edition.
