铁、铝与铬天青S(CAS)和表面活性剂组成的三元络合物具有较高的分析灵敏度,但由于彼此吸收光谱相近,测定时相互干扰严重。采用分离后测定的方法因操作费时,使用受到一定限制。目前已报道铁、铝共存时不经分离的连续测定法。双波长吸光光度法是解决多组分混合体系同时测定的有效方法,其应用已有不少报道,用于铁、铝同时测定的方法也已有研究。本文研究了在铬天青S-氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)体系中,双波长吸光光度法同时测定铁和铝的方法。
Ternary complexes composed of iron, aluminum and chrome azure S (CAS) and surfactants have high analytical sensitivity, but interfere with each other when measured because of their similar absorption spectra. Dual-wavelength absorption spectrophotometry is an effective method to solve the simultaneous determination of multi-component mixed system. There are many reports about its application. Methods for the simultaneous determination of iron and aluminum have also been studied. In this paper, we studied the simultaneous determination of iron and aluminum by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry in chrome azure-cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) system.
