近年来报道了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用3,5-二溴-DMPAP、3,5-二氯-DPEAP、5-溴-PADAP、3,5-二溴-PADAP及在阴离子表面活性剂存在下,用3,5-二溴-PADAP测定锌。灵敏度都很高((ε1.20~1.31×10~5)。但将阴-非离子混合表面活性剂用于胶束光度法测定锌,尚未见报道。本文研究了在SDS-OP混合表面活性剂存在下,锌与3,5-二溴-PADAP的适宜显色反应条件。在pH 8.6硼砂缓冲溶液中,Zn(Ⅱ)-3,5-二溴-PADAP-SDS显色体系加入OP后,ε_(566)值由1.31×10~5提高到1.59×10~5,且pH范围展宽。在掩蔽剂存在下,该方法已用于人发和自来水、湘江水和工业废水中微量锌的直接测定,结果满意。
