目的:探讨利用畸变耳声发射对新生儿进行听力筛查的最佳时机及报道新生儿听力障碍发生的几率。方法:利用丹麦ECHO-Screen Plus自动耳声发射仪对6169例正常新生儿进行听力筛查,并随机抽样100例连续进行1天~5天的跟踪筛查。结果:6169例中有6144例经初筛或数次复筛通过,有13例最后经声导抗和ABR确定无听力障碍。结论:听力筛查工作应积极开展。初筛查时间以出生后3天~5天为最佳时间。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the best timing for hearing screening of neonates with distorted otoacoustic emissions and to report the incidence of neonatal hearing impairment. Methods: 6,169 normal newborns were screened by ECHO-Screen Plus automatic otoacoustic transmitter in Denmark. 100 cases were randomly selected for follow-up screening from 1 day to 5 days. RESULTS: Six hundred and sixty-four of the 6169 patients were initially or several times screened and 13 had the final hearing loss and ABR-free hearing impairment. Conclusion: Hearing screening should be actively carried out. Initial screening time to 3 days after birth to 5 days for the best time.
