目的分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的彩色多普勒血流特征及彩色多普勒超声声像图特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声对CSP诊断的临床价值。方法通过运用彩色多普勒超声对20例最终临床确诊为CSP患者进行检查及分类,并同临床诊断结果分析对照。结果彩色多普勒超声对CSP患者正确诊断出17例,诊断符合率为85.00%,误诊3例。17例CSP患者声像图特征为:子宫宫腔底部及体部未见明显孕囊;子宫内膜线未见明显异常,孕囊位于子宫前壁瘢痕处;7例混合回声包块型患者的声像图特征为:子宫前壁下段局部隆起,可见无回声、低回声或者中等回声混合包块。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对CSP患者早期诊断及后续处理有极其重要的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of color Doppler flow imaging and color Doppler ultrasonography in cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) and discuss the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of CSP. Methods Twenty patients with clinically diagnosed CSP were examined and classified by color Doppler ultrasound and analyzed with clinical diagnosis results. Results Color Doppler ultrasound correctly diagnosed 17 patients with CSP, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 85.00%, misdiagnosis in 3 cases. Echocardiographic features of 17 cases of CSP patients: the uterus at the bottom of the uterus and body showed no obvious gestational sac; endometrial line no significant abnormalities, gestational sac in the anterior wall of the uterine scar; 7 cases of mixed echogenic mass Echography features: the lower part of the anterior uterine wall uplift, showing no echo, hypoechoic or moderate echo mixed mass. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination of CSP patients with early diagnosis and follow-up treatment has an extremely important clinical value.
