在工厂里,常有“厂长说了就得算”的议论。笔者在基层任职时,也有不少人嘱咐:“当厂长一定要说了算”。通过亲身实践,觉得对此言需作辩证分析。从长远的、整体的观点看“厂长说了就得算”是对的。但又不能绝对化,还应该允许有时“说了不算”。一个称职的厂长,他必须对管理的五种职能,即计划、组织、控制、协调和指挥,负全面的责任,以确保企业目标的实现。可以想象,如果一个厂长计划经常失策,朝令夕改或在实施方面草率行事,说了不算,言
In the factory, there are often arguments that “the factory manager must say it.” When the author served at the grass-roots level, there were also many people who said, “When the factory manager must have the final say”. Through hands-on practice, I feel that this statement requires dialectical analysis. From a long-term, overall point of view, it’s correct that the factory manager said it. However, it cannot be absolute, but it should also be allowed to “say it” sometimes. A competent director, he must take full responsibility for the five functions of management, namely, planning, organization, control, coordination, and command, to ensure the realization of corporate goals. It is conceivable that if a director of a plant plan is often misguided, hastened to make changes, or hastily acted on implementation, he would not say anything.
