企业在经营过程中创造顾客价值、提高经营效率和收益水平的途径基本上有两个:一是从企业内部挖掘价值创造的源泉,二是从企业边界间挖掘价值创造的源泉。经营环境的变化促使企业经营模式从纵向一体化向价值链基础上的合作网络转变。合作网络价值产生的″终极之源″主要有专业化及其整合、规模经济、信息与知识共享优势三个方面。企业合作网络本质上是一种从价值链到供应链,从供应链到价值系统的以核心能力为基础的分工与专业化,是企业内部分工与专业化的纵向拓展与深化。价值链基础上的合作网络需要实现无缝营销管理。
There are basically two ways for an enterprise to create customer value and improve operating efficiency and profitability during its operation: one is to tap the source of value creation within the enterprise; the other is to tap the source of value creation from the enterprise boundary. Changes in business environment prompted the business model from vertical integration to the value chain based on the cooperation network change. The “ultimate source” of cooperation network value mainly includes three aspects: specialization and integration, economies of scale and advantages of information and knowledge sharing. Enterprise cooperation network is essentially a kind of division of labor and specialization based on core competence from the value chain to the supply chain and from the supply chain to the value system. It is the vertical expansion and deepening of the division of labor and specialization within the enterprise. The cooperation network based on value chain needs to realize seamless marketing management.
