采用微波灰化法对石油沥青中的灰分进行了测定,研究发现不同的灰化温度对灰分的测定有较大影响,选择650℃灰化2 h可使石油沥青灰化完全。同时采用ICP-OES法对不同微波灰化温度下灰分中的金属元素含量进行了测定,结果表明Fe、Ni和Sn等元素随着温度的升高挥发损失严重,而V元素的含量基本不受影响。选择22个石油沥青样品,比较了微波灰化法(650℃和900℃)与标准方法(SH/T 0422—2000)的差异,数据显示900℃微波灰化法与标准方法的测定结果基本一致,650℃微波灰化法的测定结果略高于标准方法,但方法高效、简便,适用于石油沥青灰分的测定。
The ash content in petroleum pitch was determined by microwave ashing method. It was found that different ashing temperatures had a significant effect on the determination of ash content. Ashing for as long as 2 h at 650 ℃ resulted in the complete ashing of asphalt. At the same time, ICP-OES method was used to determine the content of metal elements in the ash at different microwave ashing temperatures. The results show that the elements such as Fe, Ni and Sn have a serious loss of volatility with increasing temperature, while the content of V element is basically not affected influences. Twenty-two petroleum asphalt samples were selected to compare the difference between the microwave ashing method (650 ℃ and 900 ℃) and the standard method (SH / T 0422-2000). The results show that the results of the microwave ashing method at 900 ℃ are basically the same as those of the standard method , The result of microwave ashing method at 650 ℃ is slightly higher than the standard method, but the method is efficient and simple, and it is suitable for the determination of asphaltene ash.
