目的建立同时测定蒲地蓝消炎口服液中绿原酸和咖啡酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为岛津Inertsil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液(15∶85,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸与咖啡酸的质量浓度为4.0 g/ml~19.0 g/ml时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程分别为y=37 434.0x-45 435.1(r=0.999 6)、y=111 260x-152 136(r=0.999 8)。绿原酸与咖啡酸的平均回收率分别为99.0%(RSD=1.65%)和100.1%(RSD=1.78%)。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可用于蒲地蓝消炎口服液中绿原酸和咖啡酸含量的同时测定。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Liquid. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The column was Shimadzu Inertsil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid solution (15:85, V / V) 1.0 ml / min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results When the concentration of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid was 4.0 g / ml ~ 19.0 g / ml, the linear regression equation was linear with the regression equation of y = 37 434.0x-45 435.1 (r = 0.999 6) , Y = 111 260x-152 136 (r = 0.999 8). The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were 99.0% (RSD = 1.65%) and 100.1% (RSD = 1.78%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.
