干燥是中成药生产重要工艺。对质地柔软之药材如元肉、熟地等,因含水多、粘性大,干燥颇费工误时。为此,我们除在适当范围内提高介质温度与流速,降低温度及压力和改革设备外,将药材按种类、质地、大小分类分挡干燥。分类即据药材有效成分承受温度,分别种类以不同温度进行干燥;分挡即据药材质地、含水量、厚薄大小等辅以不同干燥温度、方法和时间。此外,针对软质药材水多质粘的特点,几年来我们使用绞肉机将软质药材先行绞碎成不同大小,然后摊成薄面,再进行干燥。这
