1.国产铃兰毒甙能使蛙及猫心脏的收缩力增强,其作用强而迅速。2.铃兰毒甙对猫心电图的影响与毒毛旋花子甙 G 相似,抑制传导和减慢心率作用都比洋地黄毒甙弱。最小致死量的30—37%就可产生 T 波和 ST—T 变化;中毒时可产生期前收缩、传导阻滞和心室纤颤。3.初步确定铃兰毒甙的猫最小致死量为0.082±0.005毫克/公斤,其效价与毒毛旋花子甙 G 相似,而比洋地黄毒甙约强五倍。4.铃兰毒甙的蓄积作用比毒毛旋花子甙G 大,比洋地黄毒甙小,一次静脉给药0.3猫单位,五天后已无蓄积。5.铃兰毒甙的中毒现象有呕吐、惊厥等,基本上与毒毛旋花子甙 G 相似。由猫毒性实验推算出,一次静脉注射的治疗量为0.17猫单位;治疗指数为4.8。
