良好的道德行为习惯的形成,对孩子的一生都起着巨大的指导作用,抓好养成教育是完成终生素质教育的基础。然而现实中,独生子女这一中国特色的客观现象,使孩子依赖性无限度增强,自我动手能力则大大削弱,缺乏韧性、害怕艰苦、轻视劳动等不良行为习惯悄然滋长。基于这些认识,我校选择了最优化的教育内容,配以最优化的教育手段,强化了养成教育,提高了学生素质,把德育工作落到实处。一、寻求多途径,开展养成教育活动
