原发性精索恶性肿瘤占精索肿瘤的30～50％,其中多数为横纹肌肉瘤。该部位多形性横纹肌肉瘤比较罕见,国内外很少报道,现将本院1例报告如下: 患者,男,50岁,左侧阴囊肿大20余年,伴鼠蹊部核桃大包块,质硬,光滑,无触痛与咳嗽无明显关系,自认为是“腹股沟癌”,未行治疗。本次就诊前1个月,左下腹持续性胀痛,阵发性加重,同时大腿鼠蹊部肿块明显增大,外院诊断为“腹股沟斜疝”未于治疗。 体检 左腹股沟部可见9×3×2cm大小肿物,触痛明显,表面光滑,肿块质硬无囊性感,边界清楚,
