本文对52例婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻及32例正常对照的粪便标本进行轮状病毒病原检测比较研究。腹泻组的52例中单克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(单抗 ELISA)阳性42例(80.8%);聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)阳性37例(71.2%);多克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(多抗 ELISA)阳性36例(69.2%);电镜检测38例,阳性24例(63.2%)。在正常对照的32例中:单抗 ELISA 阳性6例(18.8%);PAGE 全部阴性;多抗 ELISA 阳性7例(21.8%)。经比较证实,单抗 ELISA 是临床实验室检测轮状病毒的可靠方法。选用中药止泻定治疗轮状病毒肠炎,治疗组平均止泻天数比对照组缩短,有显著性差异。
In this paper, 52 cases of infants with autumn and winter diarrhea and 32 normal control stool samples for rotavirus pathogen detection comparison study. In 52 cases of diarrhea group, 42 cases (80.8%) were monoclonal antibody ELISA (37.8%), 37 cases (71.2%) were polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE); polyclonal antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay There were 36 positive cases (69.2%) by adsorption test (ELISA) and 38 cases (24.2%) by electron microscopy. Among 32 normal controls, 6 were monoclonal antibodies (18.8%); all were negative by PAGE; 7 were multi-antibody ELISA (21.8%). Confirmed by comparison, monoclonal antibody ELISA is a reliable method of clinical laboratory testing of rotavirus.
