本文报告了中西药复方制剂“养命宝”可提高老年小鼠超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性的实验结果,进一步对该药物抗衰老的机理从分子水平上进行了讨论和探讨.此外,本实验对SOD活性的测定方法也作了一些改进。
This article reports the experimental results of “Yang Ming Bao”, an integrated Chinese and Western medicine, that can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in aged mice. The mechanism of anti-aging of this drug is discussed and discussed at the molecular level. In addition, this experiment also made some improvements in the determination of SOD activity.
