生化药物妇血宁用于妇女功能性子宫出血症(简称功血)疗效显著,药理研究表明妇血宁有促凝血和兴奋子宫肌等作用。临床曾观察到,在妇血宁治愈功血时伴随体内雌激素水平趋向稳定,为此,我们探讨了妇血宁对雌激素和雌性腺轴的影响,旨在为临床用药提供理论上的依据。
The biochemical drug Fuxue Ning is effective for women with functional uterine hemorrhage (abbreviated as uterine bleeding). Pharmacological studies have shown that uterine blood has pro-coagulant and excitatory uterine muscles. It has been observed clinically that the concentration of estrogen tended to be stable in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in women’s blood and blood.
