当前全国义务教育阶段学生超过1.4亿,专职从事少先队辅导员的人数超过400万,这些教师的专业化水平直接影响到少先队工作的成效,或者说影响到1.4亿少年儿童的成长。因此提高少先队辅导员专业化水平,努力培养一批优秀的少先队辅导员,不断提高少先队辅导员队伍整体素质,提升少先队辅导员的核心素养,使他们更好地服务于少先队事业,是当前和今后一段时间我国少先队事业发展的紧迫任务。
At present, there are more than 140 million students nationwide in compulsory education and more than 4 million full-time junior counselors. The professionalism of these teachers has a direct impact on the effectiveness of the work of Young Pioneers, or on the growth of 140 million children and adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the professionalism of Young Pioneers counselors and to cultivate a group of outstanding Young Pioneers counselors so as to continuously improve the overall quality of Young Pioneers counselors, enhance the core literacy of Young Pioneers counselors so that they can better serve Young Pioneers careers, and present and future The urgent task of developing the career of our young pioneers for some time.
