提起程度这个人,黄山市徽州区人大都认识他。他退休前是徽州区中心小学校长,能歌善舞,样样都拿得出手,退休后被聘请为徽州区老年大学办公室主任。按说担任办公室主任和担任校长没什么根本性区别,都是抓老年教育工作,对他而言应是得心应手。但老年大学是新生事物,老年学员又是一个特殊群体,有着与义务教育完全不同的特点,所以他说,这是个熟悉又陌生的工作。
