说到《切韵》,人们历来对它的认识往往只限于把它看作是一部代表中古音系的韵书,而其中的训诂材料却一直没有得到足够的认识。实际上,《切韵》一书的成就不仅在于它反映了中古音韵系统,还表现在它反映了中古时期训诂专著的发展情况。《切韵》产生的时代是古人在语义和语音研究上取得突出成就的隋唐时期,它的出现可以说是对魏晋到隋唐时期训诂和音韵研究工作所取得成就的总结。《切韵·残卷三》的诂训材料《切韵》为隋代陆法言所著,原书已散佚,现存最早的较完整的本子是唐代长
When it comes to “cut rhyme,” people’s historical understanding of it is often confined to seeing it as a rhyme book that represents the phonology of the middle ages.
